the service
Hraness is a collection of independent projects built and operated by Ben Guo. One Hraness account and one membership cover every project listed below. By creating an account, subscribing, or using a covered project, you agree to these terms.

accounts
You sign in with your email address at account.hraness.com; no password is stored. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email address able to receive sign-in codes.
memberships
Free membership delivers the Hraness newsletters. Community ($10/month) grants basic access to every covered project plus community access. Pro ($100/month) grants premium access to every covered project plus founder access.
Project-level entitlements roll out gradually; a paid membership always covers the full set of covered projects rather than a hand-picked subset.
billing
Paid memberships are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Cancellation, payment methods, invoices, and plan changes are managed in the Stripe customer portal through account.hraness.com.
Plan changes take effect immediately with no prorated charge or credit. The new monthly price starts at the next renewal. Cancellation ends access immediately with no refund.
acceptable use
Use the projects lawfully and do not abuse, disrupt, resell, or probe them beyond their documented interfaces. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse.
content and marks
The projects, their copy, and the Hraness marks belong to Hraness. Data you place in your account stays yours.
no warranty
The projects are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hraness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
changes
These terms may change as the projects and membership evolve. The current version lives here; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
