album participation
Album and track comments are public under your Hraness handle, including any track timestamp you attach. Convex stores comments and your account-linked hearts. You can delete your own comments and remove hearts on the album page.
A play counts after ten seconds of listening. A random, same-site listening cookie lasts thirty minutes to limit duplicate plays; it contains no email, IP address, or device fingerprint. Listening records are short-lived; aggregate counts remain. Signing in uses a separate secure account-session cookie. These records are not sent to page analytics.

what is collected
Your email address, used to sign you in with a code and to deliver newsletters you explicitly confirmed. Your membership plan and subscription state. Anonymous, cookieless page analytics.
Payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never visible to or stored by Hraness.
how it is used
To authenticate your account, deliver the newsletters you asked for, operate your membership, and understand aggregate usage. Newsletter delivery requires a confirmed double opt-in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
providers
Stripe processes payments and hosts checkout and the customer portal. Resend delivers email. Convex stores account data. Vercel hosts the sites. PostHog receives anonymous, cookieless analytics without replay, identity, or autocapture.
what is never done
No advertising. No selling or sharing personal data. No tracking cookies or cross-site tracking. No newsletter delivery without a confirmed opt-in.
retention and deletion
Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time through the link in any message. Manage or delete your account at account.hraness.com; deleting the account removes its stored profile and billing linkage.
