well ladies and gentlemen hey um we're gathered here this evening to listen to six stuff those of you who may not know him uh will obviously know that he is a person who has had considerable experience in contact with extraterrestrials in a particularly in Peru and that from those experiences he has gained considerable spiritual insights and understandings which he now with his group Rama wishes to try to share with as many people in the world as possible I'm Only The Interpreter so I will do my best and try to represent uh sixtures words in the way that he intends them I think you were calling for a tutorial translate and you wouldn't think he needed an interpreter actually but there you are pretty good English

one of many that have occurred around the world my experience is not necessarily the most important uh northernmost typical but I have served the purpose witness to share the testimony and I've been able to be instrumental in journalists being present during context five times the last time was in 1989 when 40 journalists were present yes and they saw filmed and photographed the ship that appeared on that occasion is occasion the ship appeared in order to demonstrate that the contact was continuing and the message that they're transmitting to us is a real message they say they belong to a great white Brotherhood it's a Brotherhood that forms plans for intervention on different planets and this particular planet on which we live is one of their Specialists

it's not to say that we are like guinea pigs in the laboratory we're really like babies not like guinea pigs nor are we like some sort of farm where we're being bred in factory farming we are rather like children in a kindergarten where we're still learning and according to them not all extraterrestrial visitors come here with good intentions but those who don't come with good intentions have considerable difficulty in entering into our world is certain of the ships that have been sent by those people have in fact uh been broken up by the protective fields around the earth also in many of the sacred writings of many civilizations on our Earth there's a lot of evidence of wars in space they also say that some

26 000 years ago a group of extraterrestrials were deported to this planet as a result of a sort of the Civil War in space and this occurred in the constellation of Orion civilization and it involved many civilizations but only one group was punished and sent here onto the Earth and they were obliged to try and help us even though they didn't want to I'll visit although they started to help at the beginning later they lost that desire and can continue to act in a negative ways and of course because they were accustomed to life outside the Earth they rapidly aged on the earth and died and they cannot reincarnate in our world because the vibratory level is too low for them and there are in

a sense in a fourth dimension from which they have declared a form of psychic war on humanity and they manipulate a few key people in the world in order to try and maintain the status as well one of the things they succeeded in doing was to get all the great archives and historical records of mankind destroyed so the mankind will be a victim of ignorance and Superstition is and the civilizations uh that wish to help us since come to the Earth again and 32 of them landed in the Gobi desert in Mongolia interplanet a form of interplanetary peacekeeping force yes and formed a type of internal positive government of the planet and tried to put together again all the information in a way which was

accessible to humanity and also prepare people so that they were able to make a good use of this lost knowledge and of course Humanity has in the sense been families between these two opposing forces many of the extraterrestrials who come to our planet do have a human appearance and those who don't have a human appearance prefer not to have contacts because they know that we we judge by appearances and if their appearance is in some way totally different to ours they feel we will judge them by that appearance and condemn them as negative when they are not necessarily said aprender and our planet is a project from which they have to learn Central Universal but it doesn't make us the center of the universe seven

other planets which isn't apart from the Earth but apparently the only planet which is likely to achieve positive results is ours the process they say that in the process of uh apprenticeship that is developing on this Earth this will give the humanity the possibility of changing its own future means that is the message and the prophecies are in a sense not forecasts but warnings and give us a chance to do something to correct them foreign because there's a lot of people out there in the universe observing what's going on on planet Earth going to do for us what we should really do for ourselves there is not just merely contact with ordinary people there are contacts with the governments of the big Powers but this

is done very discreetly discrete I mean on the part of the government because they're very much afraid of a cultural shocked which could provoke a religious economic and political crisis the basic message through the extraterrestrials is one of Love fraternity and cooperation whereas the system we operate currently is one of competitive competitivity is that right [Music] the contact Works in various ways eye contact us physicals is that a physical contacts sporadically the contact is gradual but on each occasion it develops in a more profound way I contact us in feelings of discomfort or odd Sensations when people go into certain determined places it's a method they use with people who have a certain preparation the dream content that is the contract it does not have

as an objective to create a form of dependency on them by us but to create within us a change and a transformation the their messages the world is not going to stop it's going to be transformed [Music] but we must each one of us initiate our own personal transformation in order to achieve that is and it's a personal and non-transferable no one else can do it for us uh they say that in fact we can go further than they themselves have achieved so far in fact we do have we humans a psychic potential Superior to theirs because we are a version of the original creators which has been improved and corrected with time and we can unite the three universes that exist yes they speak

of a universal material Universe of seven dimensions and beyond that as in music in the octave there's a and there is a mental universe that has three dimensions and further to that there is a spiritual Universe with two dimensions and we who live in this Dimension have seven bodies to live in these seven dimensions and we have seven centers which when they are well awakened permitters to act consciously in these dimensions [Music] universe and we will have the capability to enter into these different dimensions for this we need to develop the will is we need to know first of all what can be done and then develop the desire to do so important this must have a very important reason manipulation when Humanity realizes that

we have been victims of a great manipulation is like for instance this extraterrestrial group that is in our world which has succeeded in destroying many of the Great archives and libraries of the past and also assisted mankind to have the motivation to destroy the ecosystem of the planet and we contributed to getting much of humanity in the state of poverty and hunger the day that we realized that he in this day is and we will forgive ourselves in that moment and we will have made the great change and we'll be able to give the great teaching um and we will at that time change from being disciples into Masters many of the phases of civilization in world history have been initiated through contacts they believe

in the same God that we believe in is like what we're doing is believing in the god that they initiated on our planet is many civilizations uh are relative of this this type of a relatively recent in the history of the world yes and some of these uh civilizations that have been contacted in this way to interpreted the context as gods or Angels they didn't necessarily promote that form of belief but they permitted it because it was more convenient to the level of consciousness of humanity at the times to let that particular belief lie but we shouldn't see them as gods or Angels but as older brothers and it's a great hope that if others have learned how to survive and passive crisis like the

one for instance that we humans are living through today therefore we too can survive hello during the 17 years in which I've been involved in these contexts I've had eight chances to see the extraterrestrials physically the entrance opportunity and on three occasions I went inside their ships and one once some three years after the first Contact you know it's accounting I was able to go back with them to the place where they had come from they come from one of the moons of Jupiter where there is no natural life but there is an artificial climate and the communities that they have there are below the surface and they control their lives through their technology and their psychic powers there's not just one civilization there but

but several yeah and then there is one city of twelve thousand people people who have in fact been extracted from Earth some of them rescued from the famous Bermuda Triangle importance and from other parts of the world where there are these Gates between the dimensions but occurring naturally is and some who have been rescued from the hands of extraterrestrials who have come with bad intentions and they're being prepared to return to uh so that they can be reinfiltrated into the world and help in the great change I could tell you many many interesting things but maybe it's better if you ask me questions because of the film that Shirley MacLean made in 86.

I was invited twice to the United Nations and I was asked to give two conferences about the message of the extraterrestrials one of them was the Chilean journalist Antonio they believe in the same God as we do so is the original plan from God and is their origin from God as well but the creation uh of course by various types of civilization God is far more practical than perhaps we imagine him to be because when you said that we were a special project I mean whose project are we are we the project of of God are we the project of the sexual spiritual things the project originally came from the Creator the father but it was proposed by a group that we would call [Music]

ultra-terrestrials because they come from the mental universe and not the material Universe the idea that was put forward was to create a different Humanity in which there was the least possible intervention and therefore could realize itself to the absolute maximum is universal material there were many Creations in the material Universe acts like heart some moments it's passing outwards some moments it contracts the expansion is the day the contraction is the night is we are in the early stages of a new creation for a new day the first uh types of human Humanity that appeared in this universe in other planets you know foreign and they were Advanced quite quickly and were able in their turn to assist other Humanities to development but as the directors

or their maestros the ultra-terrestrials from the mental universe they are programmed in other words they cannot change where they come from where they came from nor where they are going [Music] the the beings of the material uh Universe have this Free Will and free choice being mental beings they don't actually have a spiritual perception of the universe and therefore cannot appreciate either love or faith and consequently they are not able to teach to their disciples at what they do not know themselves and rapidly the civilizations on in the material universe became operative in this 2016 the fifth and sixth Dimensions but no one ever got to the settings which is the consciousness of the essence and does this conditions and whatever it was necessary to

create uh Humanities with specific spiritual potentials who are able to teach others because some people some of them said you know how can these people who are so young be set out as being able to teach others what uh should have taken years to learn this is in many ways makes us remember the story of Joseph in the Bible foreign take vengeance upon his brothers for the damage they had done him he forgave them really there is a a form of conspiracy in this planet and there is this group of beings who are imprisoned here who maintain uh the psychic war against humanity and certain ships that have arrived here uh with negative intentions very few cases in order to create bodies in which these

beings can reincarnate in this planet is in terms of cloning and creating a special race was in order to facilitate the production of these bodies spiritual and when we find in the course of history people with a very high spiritual the very often stories that these people have been subjective subjected to attacks by demons and negative forces who want to get hold of his body and there's always been this desire to take possession of the right sort of body to permit these beings to reincarnate dominance I Dominate and by dominating people mentally and spiritually they actually weaken themselves and that's they need to rejuvenate themselves by having a physical body to feed on say you're trying to help us uh trying to get us out

of our state of ignorance the only advantage that negative forces have over us is the the negative forces understand their limits and we do not know our real possibilities because there's no other way they can harm us in the Psalms it's written but Man was created slightly lower than the angels in order to sit at the hand of God about a decade ago called planet Earth its future to the gods where she reviewed all this over the last 450 000 years and if so how does the experiences you can found very similar to me coinciding your experiences the experience of a little profits when we found that information of the same height was coming from different sources we were very happy that there should be

such confirmation that's a big problem is if they don't but they're not similar because it would mean that someone would be playing with us oh if they pretend to be similar Romano we have to remember too that the people who channel the messages are human beings and also there will be a part of us that colors the messages sometimes these sort of messages must be treated with the greatest objectivity in is to receive these messages is a little bit like treading the edge of the razor yeah it's very easy to lose your contact with reality in these experiences uh you should always try to prove and test that on the other end of the telephone it really is them selves many of the messages are

very nice but we shouldn't always presume uh that it may come from them uh it doesn't necessarily mean to say they are there because the message shouldn't only be logical coherent and positive but they should be capable of being proven to have come from these sources Yeah question and I've done quite a lot of work on Psychic interference connected with extraterrestrials do you want to translate no you if you look at him his English is quite good enough yeah I've done a lot of work to do with uh getting rid of the negative influence that's connected with extraterrestrials and I'm wondering when you're in the spaceship did the extraterrestrials give you any information on helping people human beings protect themselves from the negative extraterrestrials we

can create what we want to right if we realize that we're being attacked in this race that I've worked with being young children and and teenagers who don't know anything about it they need to be taught by people who understands and you can block these attacks if you realize what they are uh the good extraterrestrials say the only thing we should be afraid of is our own fear yeah it's not understanding the forces with which one is working and we must show people how to use this technique is it's easy to teach a technique for people to protect themselves it's not this is the technique in itself but the confidence that the technique will work but some of these people don't know anything about these

things at all that I'm talking about did they teach you anything particular because like one man that I met in Brazil armenio who you may know the extraterrestrials torch and special breathing exercises to expand the brain cells and many things like that did you learn anything like that is they in fact had many years experience in yoga before the contexts were made and they said we don't have to teach you particularly new techniques you just continue with your yoga exercises that you're doing and these are exercises given thousands of years ago by colonies of extraterrestrials in India is it was just a question of getting on with what we already had [Music] to ask because I don't I I've never had an experience like that

that I am aware of negative energy and I want to know if that negative energy is what attacks you it might come from an extraterrestrial and if you are able to distinguish if it's from them or or if all negative energy on the world is coming from them we can distinguish between an x a negative extraterrestrial energy and a negative energy from another source with our intuition is and it's a demonstration that we do in fact have certain characteristics which make us more sensitive than them and they say that in order for us to have real access to the truth we should combine Instinct intuition and intelligence and one of the reasons they attack us is because they know that if we make too much

progress we will be much more important than them yes correctly here the technique of protection is not nearly as important as the understanding and the confidence and the setting up of that block you can't touch me is I mean are you suggesting that you get you you notice these forces no against yourself no I noticed negative energy normally a cause of negative influences on individuals is the fact that they are making progress and that there is the law of reaction uh I put it in different way since you tweet the Devil's Tail he gives you a little bite but I think we mean the same thing excuse me for the benefit of those who don't understand English but you'll be so kindness to translate from

Guardians and Vigilantes we're one of eight galaxies uh turning around a central Galaxy which is two million light years from from us and each one of these galaxies has a representative in Andromeda Central like and there is the Council of the nine andromedans and the Great White Brotherhood of the stars is in fact the relationship that exists between the central Council in Andromeda and those in the galaxies that revolve around it and more than one attempt at colonization there's also been forms of hybridization and interbreeding also there have been what we might call Stellar shipwrecks and deportations to this to this planet it's all part of our history which is quite complex and they say that some million years ago a great laboratory ship landed

in Africa and with seven uh of the genetic Engineers the Elohim and they took the forebears of mankind yes and made a genetic experiment upon them in fact the interior of the laboratory ship was like great Greenhouse where they also had many plants and so on Commerce and they were told that they could eat of any of the fruits or seeds of these plants except certain plants which were hallucinogenics plants they would be developing their psychic powers too fast and as many of the helicity or all hallucinogenic drugs start to destroy neurons in the brain this would create an irreversible process of cell death and physical death Uno the loss one of the seven genetic Engineers was a doctor yeah recognized by the symbol of

the serpent a great traditional symbol of Medicine the project was underway before the damage occurred because yeah and the experiment has lost their control over the projects and therefore the Guardians and Vigilantes were sent to replace the genetic Engineers when they came they in fact had sexual relations with uh the experimental humans and interbreeding took place thus there was an original human race but at that time the hybrid version was created which was a product of the arrival of the laboratory ship and in fact it was the African race that was the product of that experiment and the interbreeding the black race yeah um uh there was also a group of hybrids or mutants and these were taken to a group of islands in the

Atlantic is and because they were more authentically sons of the Stars they received privileged treatment and more information then in fact have been originally conceived for the project is [Music] it was the wrongful use of this knowledge that led to the destruction of the Atlantean civilization is but there have been a subsequent experiments which have produced what we might call small villages the project in Sumeria yes and Egypt is Abraham yes Abraham that's right and the descendants of Abraham was a most intelligent and psychic individual and he could easily get in mental touch with them but foreign primary causes of the discipline of not mixing Bloods observed by their people now of course one of the descendants of Abraham was Muhammad and one of the

difficulties is that Israel has turned its back on its Cosmic Mission the idea was not that a particular group of humanity should consider itself better than the rest of the world but more to be examples of spiritual values particularly humility there was a logical reason for locating Abraham's descendants in Israel the Israel is a natural land bridge between Africa and Asia yeah and it's a natural place in which civilizations would come and go is if we want to give publicity to a new magazine we do it at a place where a lot of people will meet like a bus station or an airport and that's the ideas if Abraham will get much greater circulation being spread out from that point of so many contracts and

to some extent we can see why Hitler should have an interest in trying to exterminate that race is because in one in a very real sense it was one set of programming against another they are the two groups one who does not want mankind to realize his true destiny and his true Evolution and the other who yes they do want it other male and female as we embodies as we are there are also beings that have both sexes hermaphroditas hermaphrodites um and if I remember what some people can change their sex according to their wishes yeah um the majority of them of course do have a humanoid form legs arms body later 80 centimeters three meters to three meters high places yeah really and so

the ships were very tall yeah but they're little ones and big ones so that means that the ships who had a very tall ceiling very yes yes a those who measure two meters 60 or something like that for instance what appeared like a little child next to him yeah he is and also it's not just a height it's because of the what they radiate that you feel like a little child and you realize that you don't really know anything important and also uh you you forget the Sensation that it doesn't matter that much but you don't know anything was all of your Communications and also because um you can't really transmit ideas with telepathy but also emotions and therefore one feels what they're trying to

say not quite like here on Earth where even though many of us speak the same language we still don't understand in service what color were the bodies and were they all humanoid the onesies there are beings around them that are like a robotic Androids and I don't want to confuse is they have a particular method of movement and behavior I've seen extraterrestrials whose body color is an intense orange color is many of them are moving in another space-time Dimension before physical material but they have physical bodies is depending on which civilization they're from but many of them will have a very clear light all around their bodies there are some who are about human height one meter 80 87 let's say 18 no 17 17

or 76 5 foot 11. like me yeah like me I'm 76. yes he says he's more average than me the eyes them yeah it's almost if they were blind and the face is a strong orange color and the labs of the is the surrounding part of the year will drop down almost to shoulder level but they're not big outwards but they're long terms and the hair is much thicker now and they have a lot of it yeah and in a sense he was reminded or so I was reminded as to the reasons why the in-cars considered it a sign of nobility to persuade the ears to grow downwards artificial where the physical body is very dense like like our bodies transparent I'll get double rates

for this um the question was what were the what was the place like to which six two was taken uh what do the extraterrestrials do when they're not taking people to these places and are they fun to be with it might be of an interesting question when you're with them you don't necessarily feel happy you feel peace and they're working all the time whether they're bringing people from here to there or not and of course the the people that say living in fact uh so that people will not die in the category that he mentioned earlier and they continue to give help in enabling uh the real Destiny of individuals of mankind to be discovered is the life in Ganymede is rather like what we

would envisage a colony from Earth on the moon would be like we'll see I love you guys and they have great greenhouses in which they produce their food stuff they're vegetarians um they practice they dance they have music they have the Arts meditation uh in this way they also live in their other bodies and also the learning uh in a more Superior way and they continue to investigate the methods for teaching children they don't have schools all of them teach children and they're children everywhere they're relatively few children but they put them everywhere they can so they can learn uh much easier as they believe in reincarnation they don't believe that the children are necessarily their sons or daughters but the couple is the fundamental

units of their society the relationship is monogamous and there are there is no divorce as they can see the aura of the aura of people they the Illinois format in the search for the other half you don't make mistakes but according to them there are never two people who will find a hundred percent Union start the percentage is relatively High time will do the rest they say that the problems here on our Earth between couples is that we forget that the most important aspect of the relationship of a couple is friendship usually will develop with dialogue which can take many forms because most of the problems at the human level are because we don't have the right level of contacts in exactly the same like

communication exists between parents and children and our love for our children should grow as the children grow is according to the requirements of the relationships and the sooner we can stop being fathers to our children and start being friends to things go better angles in houses tends to stimulate aggression um but it is totally controlled artificially as is the climate the atmosphere that they have there is the product of their technology and their psychic power is they say that one day when we humans discover the real power that we have problems we can change acting collectively at the form of the climate on Earth Ty Union between the couples or whether there's some sort of Central Bureau or a place where you get married in

a formal legal sense they consider that any person be they male or female is the their own priest of their own inner Temple in fact in that capacity as our own priests we are presiding over the most sacred of All rights which is our own life this which permits us to have communion not only with ourselves but with the rest of humanity Teresa yeah and that on Earth there is no one particular religion better than the matter the problem is not really the the problem of religions but the problem of those who are religious yeah
