gist
In closing questions R. Buckminster Fuller moves from Cheyenne marriage and sisterly love to intuition as the twilight between subconscious and conscious. He would rather give fellowships to think than seat people in schoolhouses. The little individual adds to experience by making artifacts. Twenty-two Nine Chains prognostications looked novel in 1938 and trite once they had happened. Everything is important.

- Intuition is a twilight zone. It sits between subconscious rhythms and conscious looking, including the metaphysical 90-degree glance aside.
- Give fellowships, not classrooms. Think while fishing. Do not sit in the schoolhouse, and do not cheat someone else for a job.
- Add to the little individual's inventory. Education works by adding one more experience until synergy reveals a principle, not by marking papers in a room.
- Prognostications look trite after they happen. Nine Chains carried 22; by the 1960s paperback they seemed always-so, though the 1938 reviews prove they were new.
- Everything is important. The close refuses personal importance while insisting every event matters.
